Frequently Asked Questions
What does "template based design" mean?
In order to keep our prices low we will offer you a choice from a set of pre-defined design templates for your website. Your template of choice will be used as the basis for the look and feel of your website (updated to use your logo & colours).
What is a "premium theme"?
We use WordPress to build our websites and while it comes with a standard theme it is not that easy to modify and tailor. We install a premium them that uses a “page builder” that allows you to modify the look and feel of your site visually, rather than needing to understand any code.
What are your "additional options"?
That depends on your requirements and will come at an extra cost.
We’re able to integrate pop up offers, privacy policy intagration and cookie messages, social sharing functionality, additional page templates and so on.
Depending on your requirements it may be cheaper to upgrade to a different site option rather than “bolt on” a bunch of additional functionality to the beginner or basic package.
How does the monthly payment option work?
Our monthly payment option is priced as follows:
- Beginner – $97 p/m
- Basic – $197 p/m
- Bespoke – $397+ p/m
(depends on total project budget)
You’ll need to pay the equivalent of 2 months upfront to secure your position in our production schedule and once your site is live you’ll receive a monthly invoice from us on the same day each month (usually the 1st or 20th).
You’ll have the option to pay manually each month by bank credit or we can set you up on an automated direct debit so that you can “set it and forget it” for the remaining 10 months.
What sort of hosting do you provide?
We utilise a high performance, WordPress tuned hosting solution that is designed to keep your sites running at maximum levels of performance.
We leverage high performance hardware and software solutions to ensure that your site delivers a great experience to visitors and is available when they need it.

Will you maintain my site once it's launched?
Yes we can. This is not included in the development cost (or the monthly payment option) as there is an ongoing cost associated with these services.
Our website care plans include regular backups, software updates and support hours if required, you can find out more on our website care plans page.

Can I use my own web hosting provider?
Absolutely… while we prefer that you host your site with us, we can review your current hosting and ensure that it is suitable for your site.
If you would like to move your website to our hosting, we offer migration for a one-off fee, starting at $197 (excluding GST).
Can I request you use a different theme?
While we recommend a particular theme, if you have found one that you prefer then we can certainly work with that, however please note additional costs may apply (as we will need to work with a theme that we are not familiar with and/or does not provide the ease of development our theme does).
We will work with you on a case by case basis to determine the impact this decision will have on the overall cost of your website build.
